Shipping Policy

Please allow 1-3 days for me to process items.

I will only be shipping orders out Monday through Wednesday to prevent candles from sitting in the heat of warehouses and trucks over the weekend. Please try to retrieve packages when they arrive within a timely manner to keep from melting.

Once orders are dropped off at the post office, they are no longer under my control. I am not responsible for any shipping delays or lost, stolen, or mis-delivered packages.

Return Policy

At this time, I am unable to offer returns or exchanges on items.

However, if any items in your order arrived damaged during shipment, please contact me immediately at support@twelveswoodfragrances.com and include photos of the damaged item(s). I will get back with you soon to arrange a refund or replacement.
